Hi, I’m Carol, owner and founder of Embody Pilates & Fitness.

As a physical therapist and Pilates teacher, I have found that people can often heal or significantly reduce pain with biomechanically correct movement in the form of Pilates. Many of my clients find that Pilates is the ‘physical education’ they never had, even after years of going to the gym trying endless different workouts, and people who experience pain learn that exercise does not have to hurt to be effective.
